The work started with a complete overhaul of the company's logo. There was an exploration into several treatments of the city as well as exploring different ways of communicating "clean".

When talking with the client, we reviewed the competition, and they all seemed to be saying the same thing. Allcity needed a way to stand out and what kept jumping out at me as I read testimonials from their customers, was not merely their impeccable cleaning, but their attention to detail and the fact that they truly cared about their customers. I wanted to convey this through the 6-card direct mail campaign.

The client requested a hard-working business card, that captured their guarantee as well as a brief run-down of the services they provide. This is the front and back of a leave-behind piece that contains a detachable business card.

The client wanted a follow-up piece that would be sent to prospective customers about a week after the initial in-person call from Allcity. The customer would have already been targeted with the direct mail postcards, so it was important that the communication remain consistent.

The client was having great success with both the direct mail campaign as well as the follow-up and business card leave-behind, so they requested a more in-depth leave-behind for customers that required a wide array of services. We tried this in several sizes and ended up printing on legal-size stock.

As well as updating their brand identity, Allcity needed a web presence that matched their new look and approach. This is a VERY simple website, but it does exactly what it needs to do, which is be in synergy with the direct mail and collateral pieces that potential customers are exposed to.
